In Year 2008 Utech introduced the first SMS broadcasting application for accident reporting, seamlessly integrated with an SMS Gateway for the Uttarakhand State Emergency Operational Center.

We played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of the State Portal for Disaster Management and Mitigation Center Uttarakhand. Utech has developed Weather Information and alert system by managing the data of observational network of Uttarakhand includes 176 weather stations .
